I'm Joy, a dreamer and an achiever, always devoted myself to defining intuitive, delightful and better user experience, which accomplished by deep and thorough understanding of user behaviors and followed by actionable plans. I strive to make real connections with users, teams and clients while design products of simplicity, creativity and joyfulness. 

What I enjoy most of being a UX Designer is to interact with a wide range of users and professionals in my daily routine. In order to understand different needs for each user group, I conduct separate user interview and collect specific user pain points and desires from their sharing. After creating mockups, I lead UX discussion with teams (could be composed of Product Manager, Quality Analyst, Business Analyst, Developer, etc) and clients to gather internal and external feedback which helps accelerate design iteration. For some clients who are not quite familiar with UX Design, I guide them step by step through customized UX roadmap based on their business goals and project stages. 

I love seeing my customers, clients and teams smile when they are satisfied with the design as this will create a positive, cheerful and productive workplace and working relationship. And, my mission is to make that happen in every place I work at and every project I work on.
